How to sponsor

• VSG recruits students to the Soccer Sponsor Schools in cooperation with local charity organizations, already having schools in the country.
• Sponsorship of a student in Soccer Sponsor School is a modern form of the traditional sponsorship.
• VSG randomly selects the student when a new sponsorship comes in, the sponsor can't select student. If you buy 10 shares at once you have the opportunity to select country.
• 20 percent of the students in Soccer Sponsor Schools are expected to make the try outs to Soccer Pro Academy.
• At the Soccer Pro Academy level, the sponsorship will be more of an investment.
• The goal is that a number of students from Soccer Pro Academy will continue to professional soccer, generating profit to the sponsors, investors and the local charity organization.

Sponsorships

• The base condition is that VSG controls 100 % of the soccer license right for every student.
• At the Soccer Sponsor School level is 25 % of these rights offered to individuals and companies in the form of a modern sponsorship. These 25 % are divided into 10 sponsorships, so each sponsorship is worth 2.5 %.
• VSG continues to control 75 % of the soccer license rights.
• At the Soccer Pro Academy level individuals and companies, Academy Player Investor, are offered to by another 25 %. These 25 % are not divided and sold as one sponsorship.
• The sponsors that bought sponsorships at Soccer Sponsor School level keep their sponsorships with the same value at Soccer Pro Academy.
• All sponsorships that are not sold will be kept in the ownership of VSG.
• When a student is sold to a professional soccer club, the transfer sum is divided as follows:
  • 25 % to the sponsors at the Soccer Sponsor School level (10 * 2.5 % for each sponsorship)
  • 25 % to the Soccer Academy Investor
  • 25 % to the charity organization
  • 25% to VSG
• The profit to the local charity organization will be invested in new schools accordingly to the agreement with VSG
• The profit is only calculated on the transfer sum, the players will then have contracts of their own, not included in this model.
• Students from Soccer Sponsor School not making it to the Soccer Pro Academy will of course continue their education, only without soccer on the schedule. At this moment the Soccer Sponsor School sponsorship ends, without a future profit at Soccer Pro Academy level. You will be offered to buy a new sponsorship and follow a new possible future soccer player.
